Dr. Christian Gasparic is a Partner at Kearney, where he co-leads the firm’s Mobility, Defense, and Advanced Industries Practice in the Middle East, and serves as the Global Lead of the Kearney Center for Advanced Mobility. With over 20 years of consulting experience spanning the Middle East, Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific, Christian has  cultivated deep expertise across the transportation sector, particularly in rail, public transport, and advanced mobility solutions.

Christian’s experience includes both strategic development and operational execution of major transportation initiatives across the region. He has led national railway strategies, overseen the expansion of railway networks, and conducted feasibility studies for passenger and freight rail systems. His leadership in public transport has been pivotal in the design, development, and real-life deployment of urban transit systems, ensuring they meet the rapidly evolving mobility demands of growing cities. Notable projects include the introduction of public transport in a major GCC city and the deployment of cutting-edge mobility systems for several regional giga-projects. Beyond rail and mobility, Christian’s expertise spans infrastructure, logistics, maritime, and aviation, providing a comprehensive perspective on the interconnectedness of the global mobility ecosystem.

Christian holds a PhD in International Management with a focus on FDI as well as an MBA, gained from studies in Germany, the United States, and France. As a thought leader in the rail and transport sectors, he has published extensively on a range of topics, including rail freight competition, rolling stock manufacturing, and the future of urban mobility.
