Jean-Bruno DELRUE (55) is an accomplished senior French engineering executive with over 30 years of experience, including significant leadership roles in the railway infrastructure sector.
With a track record of orchestrating, leading, and delivering high-value outcomes in major infrastructure projects, he possesses a talent for optimizing complex systems and driving the development of international projects in locations such as KSA, USA, and Morocco.
In addition to his technical expertise, he holds an MBA, complementing his skills with proficiency in finance, strategic analysis, human resources, management, and law. Fluent in both English and French.
Currently serving as the Chairman of the Board at MESEA, a subsidiary of VINCI Concessions, he has successfully positioned the company as a leader in the European High-Speed Rail O&M industry.
