Matthew is a Vice President and the Practice lead for Project Management Consultancy (PMC) and Rail in Europe, Middel East and Africa (EMEA), which operates as a business unit of the US-based Parsons Corporation.
Matthew has over 30 years of project and program management experience, gained within a variety of organizations, sectors and contract models in the UK, EMEA, Asia and the USA. He has an extensive background in the development and delivery of transit systems, having spent more than 20 years of his career planning and delivering metro, automated people movers, passenger, freight and high-speed rail projects and studies, on city, regional and national scales.
As a Parsons Fellow, Matthew is also a corporate subject matter expert for contract delivery models, providing internal advisory and support.
