Mr. Koçar joined Kalyon Holding in 2019 as Group CFO in charge of Strategy and Financial Relations and appointed as the CEO as of July 2022. Prior to his current role, he served as the Head of Investments and Project Finance at Yapi Merkezi where he also served as Board Member at Çanakkale Motorway and Bridge Inc. and at Eurasia Tunnel from 2016 to 2019. Before joining to Yapi Merkezi, he worked as Partner at DK Investment Advisory between 2011 and 2015. He was the Head of Project and Corporate Finance at TAV Airports from 2002 to 2006 before joining to Limak Investment as CFO where he worked between 2007 and 2011. Mr.Koçar started his career as an investment banker.
Mustafa Koçar completed his undergraduate studies at Istanbul Technical University, Department of Management Engineering from 1993 to 1997. He is married and has two children.
