Daria Collard

Daria COLLARD has 15 years of experience in the transportation sector, last 5 years dedicated to the technical coordination of the complex multi-disciplinary projects in metro and railway.  She began her career as a planning engineer for urban project (construction of new metro lines in Toronto and Shanghai) and then she worked as system engineer for ERTMS trackside and on-board projects. This experience allowed her to discover the ERTMS system with its interfaces as well as system management methodology allowing to collect stakeholders needs, translate them to system requirements and guarantee that identified needs are considered during all project’s lifecycle.

Thanks to her in-depth knowledge of the processes, ERTMS technologies used for the realization of railway projects, she implements and coordinate the brown-field and green-field signaling projects in different stages: from feasibility study till the test and commissioning phase. She works with several operators helping them to manage their projects respecting the planning, technical and financial constraints and put in place the best-suited strategy allowing them to guarantee the smooth transition to a new system.
